Q: The monitor is stuck on HELLO. How can I get this to work
A: Had to press the iFit button for about 30 sec then unplug the machine for 5 min, then after plugging back in, hold the iFit button down again until the zeros appear
Q: WHAT IS THE WEIGHT AND HEIGHT LIMITS OF THE MACHINE?
A: My husband is 6"1 230 and I am 5"1 240 and this machine holds us both well with ease
A: Yes you do not need the membership to use it
Q: Does it have a place for a tablet to use the IFit application?
A: Yes. There is an edge on the front of the rower that can accommodate and iPhone or tablet.
Q: Do you NEED an iFit membership to use it?? Or can you go without it?
A: You can use it without the membership
Q: I am a 63 yo woman and very limited mechanically. How har is this to put together?
A: It's not too difficult, just a few screws; however, it is a bit heavy and requires you to balance the screen while installing, so it's a bit awkward. You may want to download the owner's manual from NordicTrack and review the assembly instructions for more details.
A: Laid out it is about 7-ft long, 2-ft wide, and (depending on the height of the screen) 3-ft to 3-ft 6-in tall. Folded up it is about 3-ft long, 2-ft wide, and 3-ft 7-in tall.
Q: DO I HAVE TO USE A SPECIAL FLOOR MAT? OR WILL THE AREA RUG IN MY LIVING ROOM WORK?
A: I would use a mat. I have mine in garage without one, but with sweat dripping, I think the area rug would get gross. The rower itself is Heavy and with use. I imagine it would damage a rug. If I were to bring the rower inside, I would definitely use a mat
