- Answer You can get game apps from Google Play Store ... check Google site ... go to Google Play Store and view available games that run on Chromebook.

- Answer Internal only. The only things you can store on the micro-USB or USB storage stick is movies, documents, music, etc.

Question"Besides using a google comcast TV adaptor" Since there is no HDMI or VGA out......can you use something like the Asus Universal dock in the Acer USB-c port to run the wire from the dock to the TV ?

QuestionYesterday I received a response from TeamAcer saying the memory is not upgradeable on Acer Chromebook CB515-1HT-P39 but the BestBuy website shows it is upgradeable to 8MB.See memory section on https://goo.gl/DKQqH6 about 2/3 way down page. Please clarify.

- Answer Yes. However, you cannot load Microsoft Office onto the computer. This computer does have Google Play and the Microsoft applications for Excel, Power Point, Word, Office, and others can be downloaded from Google Play and used on the computer. Additionally, if you have the on-line Microsoft service, you can use the services in the web browser. The laptop has two USB-A and two USB-C ports. One of the USB-C ports is needed for the power.

- Answer Return it and Get Another One. Mine had a defective touchpad. I returned mine and went with the ASUS Chromebook. It is a smaller screen but I love it.

QuestionThe specs say max ram is 8gb. Has anyone upgraded the ram and/or ssd? I'm reading conflicting reports as to whether the ram is soldered to the motherboard and is truely upgradeable.

- Answer That is the max amount for this particular model. I have looked inside briefly and it appears the Ram and Storage is soldered to the board, granted I didnt pull the board out and check the other side. You may be able to add more storage by replacing the M.2-2242 currently used my the Intel Wifi/Bluetooth chip. That said, idk how Chrome OS deals with this kinda changes.
