Q: QuestionHaving recieved this laptop, I can confirm that the display is not mini led as it does not even have basic hdr. Why is the acer team alleging that the laptop has a mini led screen? The mini led screen used by acer is 250hz not 240hz.

• A:Answer Have to get the one with the 4090 to get the mini led display looks like. Wish this one with the 4080 had it. No idea why they would make it different.

Q: QuestionDoes this model have a warranty seal on a screw somewhere? The specs say there's an extra M.2 slot; would unscrewing the back to put an additional M.2 in void the warranty?

• A:Answer Our documentation shows this model has two M.2 slots. As long as no damage occurs by opening the laptop to add storage, the warranty will not be voided.

Q: QuestionDoes this model have the Mini-LED panel? I don't see it in mentioned anywhere in the features/specs sections. I do see it in the 4090 model though.

• A:Answer After some research, I understood that the last year (2023) model has the Mini-LED whereas this year model (2024) has IPS. I couldn't locate a 2024 mode with Mini-LED display on the market.

• A:Answer It has an extra slot to add up to a 4tb ssd and yes you can also replace the existing one for another 4tb and that would total 8tb in all.

Q: QuestionThis is listed with the exact same screen as the 4090 version on the Acer website, but i see answers on this and the 4090 stating that this doesn't have the mini led and the 4090 does. Shouldn't this also have the mini led? What speakers/sound?

Q: QuestionDoes this laptop have the mini led panel? The acer us site mentions the refresh rate of miniled as 250hz but this has a refresh rate of 240hz. The acer site has also removed the specs page of this product.
