A:AnswerI can sure relate with your issues regarding remote controls. Geeksquad must send 3 or 4 Technicians to eventually get the control programmed correctly.
It appears Technicians do not receive adequate training or my Genesis AND Harmony remotes are bad quality! (I have a brand new 55" Samsung TV - programming worked perfectly with my previous 55" LG).
My own Audio Technician that I've paid for other services, seems to be able to program my remote(s) in about 1 hour and they work perfectly! Why can't Geeksquad do the same?
