- Answer So, its kind of hard to tell. At my job we have to wear radios with ear pieces. While having the Opencomm on, the earpiece kind of just sat on top of it. I suppose you could put your hearing aids on first. But im not sure if it would interfere with it or not. Its possible. I think ive heard some static occasionally so i normally wait till im done with my ear piece at work

- Answer I don’t see a way to connect with a usb cable. The charging cable connects via magnets and they are not that strong. There was nothing in the instructions about a usb connection.

- Answer I haven't experienced this problem. Have you tried it on a different phone? I usually have mine at about 80% volume with either my Google pixel 3 or Samsung s20+ and they work great.

- Answer If you laptop has Bluetooth connectivity you should be able to connect. I use mine with my iPhone, and two different work laptops. Works great for calls. I don't prefer it for music.

- Answer No. Not exactly sure of your use case, but assuming you're using your phone and at a game with a crowd around you I imagine some of the noise would come through, but not adjustable so what you get is what it is . like any other bluetooth or wired headset. only way yo adjust ambient noise the audience hears relative to your voice is having an audio setup with a mixer, headset as one inpit and a separate audience mic a second input such that on the mixer you can adjust levels of your voice and audience independently.

- Answer I use these while briskly pushing a stroller and they work great. I've used over ear and in ear headphones and my ears would get hot a sweaty, but not with these. I would also think they would be a lot safer for bike riders because you can hear your surroundings.

- Answer Yes it is all blue tooth. There are no wire connections. I use this everyday and go a pretty good distance away from my desk and still no problems.

- Answer It connects via blue tooth. I don’t think it would make a difference as long as the radio is blue tooth compatible. But I’m retired police and I would not use this for monitoring radio traffic. This device does not block external noise or block the ear canal from external noise so you would have to wear ear plug. Also it does not fit well enough.. it will catch on the radio antenna or collar of your coat etc when you turn your head.

- Answer I tested a pair recently with good results. I live in NH and called my gf on the phone. She was at our home and I was wearing the OpenComm, with no helmet, and riding at about 35 mph. I do have a windshield on my bike, which likely helps with wind noise, but it does not eliminate it. I had really good results, in that we were able to have a normal conversation. I'm hoping we can both wear one for normal riding, so I don't have to turn my head to speak with her (she doesn't speak very loudly lol)

- Answer No one can hear sound coming from them and no outside noise is heard by others in the call or zoom. My dog was barking and no one heard her. My husband and I share an office and he couldn't heard the entire conversation only what I was saying.

- Answer Hey Paul! OpenComm are Bluetooth compatible and can pair to up to two Bluetooth devices! In regards to using OpenComm with gaming systems, it will technically pair with Playstation 4/5 but we wouldn't recommend it because the lag is significant and would impact game play.
