• A:Answer Hello this means you need to drain the water from the Unit there is a top drain and bottom drain , For heating I remove the bottom drain and hook a hose to it for constant draining.

• A:Answer A Phillips screw driver. Depending on your window type some insulation foam and/or wind insulation plastic to keep out as much heat at possible if there are some small cracks in the window but neither are not 100% necessar, just personal preference.
