Q: QuestionJust purchased this monitor for my MacBook M1, but the resolution and text sharpness is rather lacking when using it as a second monitor. What can be done to improve the resolution?

• A:Answer Does your MacBook M1 have a display port connector? What are the settings for the resolution? The native resolution is 3440 x 1440, stick to the native resolution in your video card selection. Native is just, very simplified, but is the number of individual "pixels" in the hardware or screen. So picking the native resolution you are getting each individual pixel on the monitor for the pixel output from the PC. Say you picked a resolution that used 1.4 pixels on the monitor, just the hardware. The monitor has no choice but to go to 2 pixels instead, No hardware can do 1.4 pixels.
