QuestionMy modem keeps turning off every 2 to 3 hours. I have checked the power outlets, connection and there is nothing wrong. This is really inconvenient. Should I get a replacement as I bought it 2 weeks ago. I have to unplug and plug back power & it works.

QuestionDoes this work with Cisco Anyconnect VPNs? I’ve tried this for about a week straight and it connects to the VPN but disconnects every 3-5 minutes; Arris has offered no insight.

- Answer Aside from the main light in the front there isnt any additional lights. That one can change to blue or green and blinks while booting up. Once solid blue its back up and connected.

- Answer Use the printer's web interface to manually connect to your wifi. I know you will have to download and install the installation software and drivers for HP. The program will walk you through the connection process.

- Answer The key difference is the G36 has a 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port plus four 1 Gbps ports. The G34 has four 1 Gigabit ports.
