• A:Answer The SSD is compatible. The RAM module is not compatible, this laptop can support 2 x 16 GB SODIMM, not a single 1 x 32 GB SODIMM.

• A:Answer This is a special model made only for Best Buy. key differences between this and the rog strix laptop on their site are 60hz panel, no keystone, and slightly limited RGB options. None of those things were worth the many extra hundreds of dollars for me personally. I just received this laptop yesterday and can verify it is a genuine products and runs absolutely great for my use

Q: QuestionASUS STRIX III GU models have a 120Hz display per ASUS' website & no less. Can you explain why this laptop has a 60Hz display & no keystone? Some will defend that it is cheap on BF but this is a MSRP $1399.99 laptop. Sounds and looks deceptive.

Q: QuestionThe model here is supposed to be G731GU, but all the specifics of this model like the refresh rate, the build quality(omission of aluminum upper lid like it is supposed to be) is not there. This is like GL731 than G731. Why has Asus and BB fooled us?
