• A:Answer The Breville® BOV860 Smart Oven® Air Fryer does not shut off completely though it will go into a stand by mode. To completely remove all power, the oven will need to be unplugged.

• A:Answer While not Teflon, which is a brand name, we do use a non-stick coating on the oven walls. Our coating does have PTFE, but is not made with PFOA.

Q: Questionwhy does the 860 go into the preheat mode again when i remove the pan to turn food over?
