QuestionI just purchased mine. When I burned it in, the oven light worked. Two days later it doesn't turn on when I open the door or push the light button. Am I missing something or has the light burned out already?

- Answer Check the manual as it has removal procedures to check it. They will ship you a new bulb and you can ship the whole unit back for free.

QuestionWhat is the actual width of the base (foot to foot)? I found the ‘footprint’ depth…just under 12”. I would like to put this on an ‘appliance slider” and the largest I can find is 20” wide. Wil it fit? Other ideas for moving it easily?

- Answer The feet of the unit are inset from the sides of the toaster oven and they measure 17.5 inches. I would allow a bit of clearance due to manufacturing differences and the taper of the legs. The width of the toaster oven measures 18.5 inches. I would think your 20 inch appliance slider would work just fine.

QuestionI just purchase the Beville Smart Over Pro, can the pre-heat/cycle end beeping sound be adjusted to a lower volume, I saw this question was asked about 3 years ago for the Air Fryer.

- Answer Yes it does! If you hold the Temperature conversation button for 3 seconds it brings you to the screen where if you press button once it'll change the setting. You can press the button to change it to a lower sound, or mute it altogether. Don't mind the lint on my oven I was using a paper towel to clean up beforehand.

QuestionI used the almost new oven for about 10 minutes. Later my wife tried to use it to reheat something. When she tried to shut the door, it felt as if something was blocking it from closing the last couple of inches. Nothing is in the way. What's up?

- Answer All materials and compounds used in the manufacturing of Breville® products, including the BOV900 Smart Oven® Air Fryer Pro, are considered proprietary and may not be disclosed. All Breville® products are food safe and compliant with all applicable product safety regulations and requirements. The interior of the oven is PFOA free but not PTFE free. As well, the BOV900 does not reach temperatures over 600°F.
