- Answer It will print DVD/CD labels, but directly onto the DVD/CD media. I think this is not an issue, since printable media tends to be more expensive than (and not necessarily as good as) regular media.

- Answer Yes it can but I find it extremely hard to scan with this printer and I have never had that problem with other printers. It may just be the "operator". I have tried to scan twice in different situations. Very frustrating.
