- Answer Why is there not a definite Yes or No answer to the questions? Doesn't anyone know if the TR7020a does have a Fax or it does Not? Also does it work on Windows11 and will it be compatible with future Windows upgrades?

- Answer If it is linked to your wifi, you can use it that way. They will recognize eachother. My husband has a chrombook and thats how we print from it

QuestionDo you have to have an ink subscription to print? I have an HP printer that will only print if my subscription at $4.99 a month is kept up even if I don't need ink.

- Answer I have owned Canon printers for many years. I have never had to have any ink subscription in order to print. So…..No….you do not have to have a subscription to print. Just keep a few extra cartridges on hand for when you do need ink.

- Answer It would not connect to my Chromebook even tho I downloaded the app to be able to print from my laptop. The app wouldn't even open and just kept going back to my home screen. It works just fine with my android phone and my iPad but will not connect to my Chromebook.

QuestionWhat ink cartridges does this printer take?

- Answer Prixma TS6420a takes a black cartridge and a color cartridge. They are Canon cartridges. You can get a set of one (1) black and one (1) color cartridge PG-260 Black and CL-261 Color for about $40. If you are looking for separate supplies, Black comes in regular or XL size. Again, Canon code PG-260 Black XL roughly $32, and PG-260 regular Black about $18. Color cartridges come in separate packages as well. Color XL is CL-261 XL Color for about $30, and a regular size CL-261 Color is about $25. I am sure prices vary by vendor (as well as delivery, shipping, or other charges like tax). They are easy to remove and install.

- Answer Set up with a usb connection a few minutes ago. Looking at the back of the printer... the usb port is at the top right under the cover in a hole. Very hard to find. The cord goes in at an angle - mimics the angle for the power cord.
