QuestionWhere do you put the envelope to be printed?

- Answer The envelope is placed in the feeder in the rear of the printer. Be sure to adjust the guides to keep the envelope steady as it passes into the printer and keep the envelope face up. If I am not mistaken, because it has been a long time since I printed on an envelope, the flap should be on the left side.

- Answer Mark, I am using this printer via bluetooth with Windows 10 and 11. I think this is a question you have to request of Canon. The printer is great and it may work with a cord line on an older version of Windows. Have you asked the geek squad?

- Answer You need to have a phone line connected to the printer to use the fax feature. You can print documents from your phone to the printer using the wireless feature. I don't think the fax will work using a cell phone number. If it does I have yet to figure that out.

- Answer Nope. I just did a quick Google search (which you could've done yourself) and your ink cartridge only works for these printer models: MG7720 TS8020 TS9020 (Optional)
