QuestionCan you transfer files (music, photos) from a Mac to a PC, especially content that isn't saved in iCloud - I want to make sure everything moves? Will it be in the same folder structure as today since many reviews say everything ends up in 1 folder?

- Answer You will receive all your data in a single subdirectory marked "data". No folder structures.

QuestionI need a file which was on an older system but it does not turn on, Can I bring in the hard drive only in to best buy to transfer the file to a zip drive? I am a current geek squad customer.

- Answer Try it - they might be able to recover it. I brought in a broken external drive. I was fortunate, they determined the disk drive itself was OK and they transferred everything to a new external drive. Best Buy can connect to just about any type of drive. They may not be successful, but they can try.

QuestionMy laptop has died and it can't turn it on. I'm getting a new laptop and I want to transfer my old laptop HDD to my new laptop. Is my data still recoverable in my old laptop? Can the transfer still be done?

- Answer On my old cracked samsung to a new samsung u just download samung switch in both phones. Then set 1 to receive and the old to send. Sent everything to new ph.
