QuestionWhat dust bags are needed for this? On the eco vac site, there is no option for the T10 line, only T8 and N8.

- Answer I contacted ECOVACS customer support and the lack of T10 + dust bags is due to the global supply chain issues. I purchased the T8 dust bags from Best Buy and trimmed the cardboard down to make them compatible for the T10+. Not perfect, as the seal is lacking, but they do the job until I can get the official ones.

QuestionI seem to see conflicting information. Will this vacuum AND mop at the same time or do I have to do them each separately and change out a compartment of the robot to do so each time? This will be used solely on tile floors. Thanks.

- Answer To clarify!!!!!! This baby mops and vacuums at the same time. You have the use the water tank because you cannot turn off the water when its inserted. If just vacuuming, you use the dry compartment.
