Q: QuestionWill the 2800 support card stock, like business cards, photo paper and name badges?
Asked by Printerhunt.
- A:Answer Hello Printerhunt. The thickest paper the ET-2800 can print on is Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy which weighs 79 lb. For cardstock, we have tested similar Epson paper that weighs around 44 lb. These recommendations are for Epson paper only, you can try a cardstock that falls between that range, but your results can vary when using other brands and heavier paper. Q: QuestionThe description of the printer says "no" under touchscreen. How do you work the copy functions without a touch screen?
Asked by Frannie.
- A:Answer Use the buttons on the face of the printer/scanner. This is one of the easiest functions to use, place the scan item on the glass, select Copy with the left/right buttons, press OK, select number of copies with the Up/Down buttons and press the activate button. Crisp, clean copies literally at the touch of a button!

Asked by Paperfeeder.
- A:Answer This is a common problem, call Epson support, you have to send them pics as you deal with them. But it appears they are replacing my printer as I'm still in warranty period. Hopefully yours is also.
