QuestionCan I use the ecotank 2800 for hydrographic printing?

- Answer Hello Billy. Unfortunately, we have not tested Hydrographic printing on the ET-2800, so we cannot guarantee print functionality. We recommend reaching out to the paper manufacturer to confirm compatibility. Additionally, this printer uses a mixture of dye and pigment-based inks for printing. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

QuestionHi, I did what Mark suggested. I uninstalled Epson Scan 2 and reinstalled. I turned off the printer and turned it back on again, but when I select Scan on the printer it still says “check connection” and only shows USB as an option. Help! Thank you

- Answer Hello Liz. You can scan multiple pages and save them as one file using the Epson Scan software. You must select a file format that supports multiple pages such as PDF or Multi-TIFF; otherwise, each scanned original will be saved individually. - Answer The only thing I noticed is that the 2803 can print with just black if the color is out. Or vice versa. The 2800 won’t print if it doesn’t have all the inks.

- Answer Hello patrick22. Paper is measured in grams per square meter (GSM). Generally, with a higher GSM number, the heavier and thicker the paper will be. The ET-2800 can print on paper as thick as 27lb (100 gsm) and 8.5" x 47.2" in size. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
