- Answer Hi, The Epson Expression Premium XP-6100 is not designed for sublimation ink. Even if sublimation ink is advertised as being compatible, it may not work, or may work unreliably. Sublimation ink may also damage the print head. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

QuestionI just bought the Epson 6100 printer and when I printed 81/2 X 11 color photos on the custom glossy color paper I only got 20 photos and then needed ink I started with new ink cartridges..Please let me know if this is excessive?
