- Answer Hi Mauri, Sorry, the WorkForce Pro WF-3820 is not a sublimation printer. Any ink of ink-like substances other than Epson T822 or high-capacity T822 cartridges may not work, or work reliably, even if they are advertised to do so. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

QuestionMy Workforce520 printer is giving up the ghost I think. I am sure it is not on a 5G network as it is at least 10 years old. How do I find out if my senior living residence has 5G network.

- Answer Most senior living facilities will have band steering turned on to keep it simple. What this means is you’ll have only 1 network name (SSID) to choose and when the device connects it’ll auto negotiate to the 2.4ghz or 5ghz band, pending the devices ability and signal strength.
