QuestionMy computer does not have CD capabilities. Are the drivers available for download? Are the included ink cartridges starter cartridges only? And please confirm the scanner can scan 11x17. What other accessories will I need? Thank you!

- Answer Hi BobPin, Drivers for the WorkForce Pro WF-7840 are available for download on the Epson support site. The WF-7840 includes a full set of cartridges in the box. A small amount of ink is used to prime the printer and the remainder is available for printing. You can scan 11" x 17" paper using the auto document feeder or by placing documents directly on the scan glass. If you want to connect to a computer using USB rather than wireless, you will need a standard Type-A to Type-B USB cable. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

QuestionWhy can't I print a 2 sided, borderless 8.5 x 11 brochure, like I could on my HP all in one printer? This could be a deal-breaker. As soon as I choose 'borderless' in the print driver, the option for duplexing is greyed out. Is there a way to unlock this?

- Answer Hi HankinCT, Sorry, the combination of settings you expect may smear the edges of the print as it turns over to print the back side. If you print the first side then manually flip the paper to print the second side it will work. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

QuestionDoes this printer work with plastic substrates? I use laser printers now but the plastic stickers curl a bit due to the heat. This printer is interesting because it’s heat free but I need the ink to stick to plastic and not rub off.

QuestionHi. How many pages (legal size) can this Epson scan into one complete file? Some scanners stop at page 35 or so and you have to start a new session to scan a lengthy document.
