- Answer Yes they are round but flat on the ends - like a cylinder. Beware that the ice and water is not filtered though if that's something you were looking for

- Answer Hello. Cleaning the interior (such as water reservoir, ice cube pushing spring etc.) with lukewarm water and a soft cloth. The outside of the ice maker should be cleaned regularly with a mild detergent solution and warm water. Additional instructions are available within the supplied owner's manual. - Answer Hi, M! Ice stored inside the ice maker will remain frozen as long as the machine is plugged in. If it is unplugged and the ice melts, we would recommend pouring it out and making new ice. ~Ashton
