QuestionFor the 6495587 model (stainless) Can it be ordered without the convection feature or if installed - can the fans be turned off as necessary ?

- Answer Great question, Mark! Being that the model FCWD2727AS is designed and equipped with the convection feature, you are unable to order this model without it. Always the fans are unable to be turned off because the fan helps circulate the oven temperatures and will come on and off during the baking process.
