Q: QuestionWhy is there no downloadable spec sheet?
Asked by Cusato.
- A:Answer Good day, Cusato! Frigidaire’s official product listings often include multiple documents, such as product specifications, installation instructions, owner’s guide, energy guide, and quick start guides, but the spec sheet PDF may not always be linked separately on every retailer or support page. Many listings just provide a general “Product Specifications Sheet” label without an actual download link. For some models, spec sheets are hosted behind limited‑access PDF or dealer pages rather than the general Frigidaire product support site. This means you might see the title “Product Specifications Sheet (en)” in the list of documentation, but no direct download link appears in the manual page itself. The official Frigidaire Resource Library prioritizes owner’s manuals, installation guides, and quick start guides in the searchable support center. It may require entering the exact model number in the support site search to pull up all available documents, and even then, a separate spec sheet may not be shown if it’s hosted as part of a dealer PDF instead. - Maico

This unit is designed to be hard-wired directly to your home’s electrical supply and does not come with or require a plug like a dryer would. Installation should be completed by a qualified electrician to ensure it is connected properly and in accordance with local electrical codes. - Reed

Q: QuestionCan the oven be set to low temp for proofing bread dough?
Asked by Jbiker.
- A:Answer Hi Jbiker! Yes, your Frigidaire 27" Built-In Double Electric Wall Oven (model FCWD2727AS) can be used for proofing bread dough, but with some considerations. This model includes a "Keep Warm" setting, which maintains a low temperature to keep food warm. However, the exact temperature it maintains isn't specified in the available documentation. Some users have reported that their ovens' lowest settings are around 170°F (77°C), which is too hot for proofing bread dough, as yeast activity can be harmed above 120°F (49°C. - Maico

Q: QuestionIs the surface finger print proof? Can I order double wall w/out convection in ss with finger proof resistant surface? What are the cut out measurements. Is the oven quiet when preheating and on?
Asked by D.
- A:Answer I would say it's finger print resistant, not finger print proof. I don't know, but you can use it in either mode you choose; regular or convection. That parts a little tricky; measure twice, cut once. The oven is super quiet! Overall, I think it's been a great buy for our newly remodeled kitchen. This is our 1st wall oven, and so far we're happy with our purchase.

Always the fans are unable to be turned off because the fan helps circulate the oven temperatures and will come on and off during the baking process.
