A:AnswerYou would have to meet the clearance specs of 2 inches top and sides and 4 inches rear. Even then, I would make sure there was a vent hole at the rear of the cabinet in line with the fan on each unit. If you left the door on the cabinet I would also provide a vent of some sort to allow room air to flow in.
The 2" clearance spec would preclude stacking these one on top of the other. I would also be concerned about the weight of a fully loaded unit sitting on top of another unit. I built a shelf unit for the 3 units I plan to have. With proper clearance for air flow the top of the top unit is about 4 feet off the floor.
A:AnswerThe wine cooler is 110v and its exterior dimensions are as follows: Height to the top of the cooler is 10-8/9”, Width is 16-1/5” and Depth is 20-2/3”.
A:AnswerLow amp / wattage draw on the wine cooler, would guess it would be fine. Assuming the dedicated circuit is for the microwave only and there is nothing else on the circuit.
A:AnswerYou should plan to have about 3" of clearance for the back. The electric cable is thick so it doesn't have a great bend radius. Plus its up high on the back panel.
A:AnswerThat’s a great question, Joy! The power cord on the wine cooler FWC084HM is at least four feet long. Hopefully this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-
A:AnswerHi Dana,
Based on the information you have provided it seems that you may be experiencing a sealed system issue. Please contact us (the manufacturer) so that we may assist you with determining how we may assist you further.
Thank you.
A:AnswerI own it and it is 10 7/8" from counter top to top. However, this is a cheaply-made item (e.g., screws are drilled at a angle, corners don't line up perfectly), so there's bound to be a good deal of variation from unit to unit. I think the height is perfect because it allows just enough room for my tablet PC (with kickstand) or a stack of cookbooks on top underneath the upper cabinets.
