QuestionThe specifications for model FGEH3047VF say the right front burner is 3 sizes - 6”, 9”, and 12”. I saw a question that says this burner is only 8”. Which is correct?

- Answer My right front burner measures 10" diameter. The burners adjust to the size of the pans on them, so something smaller than 10" works fine on it. The burner will only heat a 10" diameter on your pan however.

Questionproduct denotes no-down draft vent, how does it vent?

- Answer The oven vent is located at the back center, where the black trim is along the top of the range. Refer to page 19 in the unit's Use and Care Guide for an illustration. When the oven is on, warm air is released through this vent. QuestionI just purchased this unit and when using the regular bake cycle the oven fan comes on every 20-30 seconds while baking even though I am not in the convection bake mode. Is that normal?

Question5.4 seems like it's on the small size for an oven. The others I am looking at are 6.3. Does anyone find a problem with the size? Could 6 loaves of bread fit on one rack? Thanks.

QuestionHow much noise does the induction cooktop make? I have a portable single induction burner and it is quite loud, I guess it’s the fan.

- Answer It’s not super noisy but you will notice it standing in front of it. Also it depends on how high you set the temps. On P which is the highest it will be the loudest which is not crazy. Walk 5 feet or so away and you won’t hear it.

- Answer I personally use soap and water and if you want a shine use any glass top cleaner. Since I have had many spill overs nothing has burned to it. Usually wipes right up since they heat is only on the pot or pan used. You will still have residual heat from the pot/pan sitting on the glass but it dissipates quick

- Answer 16.5" x 21.5" x 2.5"d If you're wanting to use it to store pans, it is not very deep at all (the front panel is misleading). Technically it's a warming drawer.

QuestionI read another review that cited smoke with the convection oven. How much smoke? Is it common? We have birds, so this could be a deal breaker for us. Can you see/smell the smoke? Does it set off detectors?

- Answer if you clean your oven regularly you should have no smoke. i would say that the only reason to have smoke would be if you had a excessive amount of grease spillage and didn't at least wie some of it off before you cleaned it,

QuestionI see the largest burner is only 8.3" diameter. Does that mean you can't use a 10" or 12" skillet on this cooktop? Or that only the center section of the skillet will heat?

- Answer Hi Kat, It is recommended to use pans that fit the cooking zone markings. If the pan is not a perfect fit for the marking, using a larger pan is better than using a smaller pan. ~Corletta
