QuestionWill this interact with my Garmin 1000 for cadence?

- Answer The vívoactive HR can broadcast heart rate data to ANT+ device such as the Edge 1000, however it cannot broadcast cadence data in this way - cadence from a wrist-worn device would likely not be accurate while riding a bike. To get cadence data, you would need to use a bike cadence sensor. Best Regards, -OA

- Answer Only if you need to monitor your cadence. Otherwise, it should be able to track your distance, speed, elevation, etc just fine.

QuestionHow long will the rechargeable battery last before it will not hold a charge and needs to be replaced and can you buy a replaceable battery or do you have to send the watch back to Garmin?

- Answer There's no way to get to the battery without disassembling the thing. You'd probably have to send it in.

- Answer Golf is messed up. It was messed up during an update that was automatically downloaded to our VIVOactive HR back in August and they haven't been able to fix it for 2 months. It worked great up until then.

QuestionI got this watch and set it up. Kept disconnecting, over 20 times. I called customer support and they told me the 6.0.1 marshmallow OS is not supported and Garmin has no plan to send out a fix. Is there a fix?

- Answer I checked before I bought the watch, it IS listed as compatible. Maybe you should update your table to indicate it is no longer compatible!! Also, you should train your Customer service to at least provide some accurate help. Clearly by your response (robot response) you don't have a fix, and do not plan too. Watch on way back. Bye by Garmin!

- Answer The vívoactive HR is available in regular or X-large. The regular band will accommodate wrists from 5.39"-7.68" and the X-Large band accommodates 6.38"-8.86". \tw/

- Answer No. You can see the daily activities on the watch. You can also set alarms from the device. If you want to see the weather on the device, however, you'll need to have it comnected.

- Answer Sfali, the vívoactive HR can be paired to a Heart Rate Monitor. You will need to purchase the monitor separately. Bot the Soft Strap Premium Heart Rate Monitor 010-10997-07 and Heart Rate Monitor 010-10997-00 are compatible with the vívoacrtive HR. Best regards. ~QKO

- Answer YES. It is waterproof, not just water-resistant, so you can swim with. It even has a swim feature built in that tracks your strokes, . As with anything you use in saltwater, give it a good rinse when you're done for the day. It has a water rating of 5 ATM (50 meters or about 165ft) From Garmin: Suitable: •Splashes •Rain or Snow •Showering •Swimming •Diving into water •Snorkeling The other person is wrong.
