  • QuestionWhere can I buy a bigger window panel accordion that will fit this model? The one that case with the Unit does not fit our window. Our window is too long and needs a longer accordion!!!! HELP!!!

    • Answer Get some 1/4" - 1/2" plywood, MDF, or any other kind of wood panel you may have laying around the house and get out your jig saw. Cut to the exact size you need. The accordions are too flimsy for my liking anyhow.

  • QuestionHow can you set so the temperature is maintained at a desired temperature. Example 76 degrees.Whatever mode I set it to always goes 2 degrees below which gets too cold and before the ac turns back on the temp goes over 2 degrees up to 78 which is too hot!

    • Answer Hello EverU - Thank you for reaching out about your amazing air conditioner. Air conditioner thermostats operate with about a 3 degree temperature fluctuation. To help minimize the fluctuation, set the fan to Auto to keep the fan running 24/7. Keep in touch! - JB

    • Answer Yes, it’s going to hang out the back. Recommend removing the plug on the bottom left of unit to water can escape. I was able to keep 3 ends of my window screen.

We also comply with federal and state chemical labeling laws, like California Proposition 65. The presence of a Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean the product is unsafe or poses a health risk. Over 800 chemicals are on this list, including wood dust, nickel (found in stainless steel), nicotine, and alcohol. Additionally, even inaccessible parts can cause the warning.
