QuestionCan you change the door to be open from left or right?

- Answer Sadly no. Most don't. I have the same problem. Was told my LG washer/dryer could be changed to open either way. They lied. No LG do and after exhausting research and phones call no LG washer opens to the right only the left. The only one I have been able to find that does is Electrolux. Not sure of the quality but sadly I have not alternative.

- Answer Yes, "tub clean" add 1 cup bleach, super hot water cleans hair and stuff.... I do it every 2 months...

- Answer I have a stackable washer/dryer. They are about 5 years old. All of a sudden all my clothes are wrinkling terrible, I have to iron them they are so wrinkled. Has not happened in the past. Can you give me a reason?

QuestionWe tested washer, no leaks. Did a bulky item load, noticed loud noise but no leaks. Did a normal load, and there was a small water leak. Front right hand side. Can’t tell where water is coming from. How do I fix this? I really want to love this washer!

- Answer Hello, thank you for your question! Leaks on a front load washer can be caused by soil and soap being left on the door seal after a wash. Carefully wipe off the rubber door seal to prevent small leaks, making sure to wipe the edge of the gasket. QuestionWhat is the difference between washers with different cycle numbers. I've seen 8 - 14 cycles in different washers. Is a high cycle number better? What do I lose with a lower cycle # ?

- Answer Hello Steve. Because of the lock/latch mechanisms, the door cannot be reversed, and we don't have models that open to the left. You can switch the order of the washer and dryer, though, and reverse the dryer door. Thank you for checking with us! LEDA@GEA

QuestionI'm having a problem most of the time having issue with unbalanced on display. When I check the clothes are always in the back half of the drum, I checked the drum & when using a level the drum goes downward towards the back 1 inch. Is the Drun the issue

- Answer Hi bashbul- Thanks for reaching out to us! The basket is slightly angled towards the back of the unit. This is normal. During the cycle, you should not see a lot of water splashing on the door since the clothes and water favor the rear of the unit. The washer has automatic load redistribution. Timer adds 3 minutes to cycle for each rebalance. 11 or 15 rebalances may be done. This is normal operation. Do nothing; the machine will finish the wash cycle.
