- Answer Test for free; but you can get them there (or have it shipped to the store) and them install it. The install will cost you, unless you have their service plan to go with it.

- Answer i basically brought in individual parts i had bought myself and they assembled the whole thing loaded it with windows, made sure i could get online and offered to load any software. if your wanting to do custom computers but are a little nervous about installing the hardware i recommend the geek squad membership? theyll get it going and if you want to do any upgrades just bring it in and theyll set you up.

QuestionI have bought an alienware m17 laptop from around 2019-2022 (intel i7-8750H cpu, rtx2070, 16gb ram, 500gb ssd, 1tb hhd) I wish I had more ssd storage for it and I'm pretty sure I can have 2 ssd and 1 hdd. How much would it cost to have you all install it?

- Answer Yes, but this is a terrible idea. The battery acts as a voltage regulator and surge protector. Leave it in, even if the battery is dead.
