A:AnswerI recommend that you purchase this Hisense tv as in my opinion it is a superior TV than any current model Vizio set.
Back to the curved screen part, thankfully the whole curved screen TV fad is all but over(Samsung might have one model still available to purchase). Curved screens are a terrible product since aside from a handful of IMAX movies no films are recorded with a curved screen in mind so really all you end up with is a distorted picture for no reason. Do yourself a favor and forget about curved screen TVs. I know the idea seemed kinda cool when they first came out but it just does not make sense from a picture quality standpoint to curve a screen when the content you watch was not recorded in that same format.

A:Answerit does not get that hot. i think that is being over dramatized. the tv uses about 50 more watts that most tv's but your also powering a lot more tv. i have mine mounted and never had a single issue in the past 2 months.
A:AnswerI agree, and one of the ports is always the eARC port meaning you only have 1x if you connect a receiver or soundbar via HDMI.
Probably next year we will see some more TVs with 4x. Typically this is how they transition from a new HDMI revision to another. First year TVs have a single port, second and third usually 2 ports etc. Its to do with the chipsets they use in the TVs and all TVs that have 2x HDMI 2.1 are using the same chip from Mediatek.
This transition was exactly the same with HDMI 2.0 when it came out.
If you want 4x HDMI 2.1 look at LGs OLEDs.
