QuestionSurprised to see this doesnt have vesa mounts? This seems like a sign that the monitor was never intended for the professional workplace...any ideas?

- Answer I have seen many monitors in workplace not mounted on vesa. If you have a requirement to mount, get another model, as this doesn’t support.

Questiondoes the split screen feature require two inputs and is it a hardware thing or software thing. I am running 2 monitors now. Interested in having this feature with one monitor thanks

- Answer Hi! I use mine connected to my laptop when I’m in the office and I split the second monitor down the middle so I essentially have 3 screen up at once. It works really well this way and I haven’t had any issues thus far. Hope this helps!

QuestionI have this monitor I bought it at Best Buy I moved and somewhere along the line my stand got lost. Does anyone know where I can buy just the stand or a universal one that will fit this monitor. I know their is no holes for screws on the back of this.

- Answer It has an external power supply which does accept up to 240V, so it should work fine.

QuestionMy laptop has a VGA connection. This monitor has a VGA connector? Do I need to purchase a cable to connect the two? I teach online classes so I guess I will have to connect my headphones to my laptop for audio right since this monitor doesn't have audio?

- Answer tilts forward / back. stand is wobbly and does not feel particularly sturdy, though not a problem if the display is gently handled

- Answer It should work with your laptop. It is HDMI capatable. May pull wear out your graphica card and processor quickly if you dont get the correct drivers.

- Answer I am sure you can. Just take 2 video outputs and connect to monitor. If you don’t have 2 hdmi on your computer you might need an adapter of some kind, vga to hdmi or use display port.

- Answer Yes! Here's an easy adapter to do it. It connects the same way the stand does but into a vesa mount.

QuestionWhy cant I order this monitor? Can I go to the store and have them order it for me? Seems its out of stock, I talked to a representative on the phone and he said he could order it for me but not over the phone because he needs to accept payment for it.

- Answer If you are a rewards member, they should have your card information to be able to make that purchase. I can usually order online and have it delivered to any store I choose. But if it's out of stock you probably can't order anyway. Not sure what's happening in your case. I usually don't have any problems with that.

QuestionThis was easy to set up. However there was no HDMI cord even though it showed one in the setup instructions. I tried opening a photo that is on my desktop and it won't open. It opened yesterday with my old monitor. Why is this happening?
