QuestionWhen I set up the USB to my computer, why does it only print in black and white, not in color from my laptop. THERE IS NO OPTION TO PRINT IN COLOR from my laptop!!!! Yet I can make color and black and white copies. Cartridges are correctly installed.

- Answer See the image below where it says do not use usb for setup. It looks like after setup you can print using a usb cable but it says it must also be connected to the internet. I’m using it with WiFi only. It prints great.
