QuestionDoes the headphone jack not work? When I plug in my headphones it doesn't even detect them and when I put my headphones into my phone it does detect them so I'm not sure.

QuestionI wanted to upgrade my ssd. The Ssd I have already installed in my pc is pcle nvme m.2. Do I get that same model but better to upgrade my Ssd? If i get the Crucial P2 500GB 3D NAND NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD, will it work? If not, which one am I supposed to get.

- Answer Windows Defender is part of the Windows 10/11 operating system, and is a good anti-virus program. There are also free anti-virus programs available for download (google best free anti-virus programs). Best Buy often offers an anti-virus program free with purchase of computer, but it is usually only free for 3 to 6 months, and then you have to buy it. Good anti-virus programs go on sale every year for about $29; they want you to sign up for auto-renewal (at a higher price), but you can always just buy the program again at the sale price.

QuestionJust want to know if this system will be able to run D2R? Directx 12 already came with win10 so that should not be the problem. What about on board video card??

- Answer Thanks for your question. This computer does not have a dedicated GPU. It has an integrated AMD radeon vega graphics card. It may be able to run the game on lower resolutions.

- Answer I made sure I asked that question before my purchase, and even checked the literature that came with my Ryzen 3; the answer is "yes," all three HP Ryzen Desktop PCs (Ryzen 3, Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7) have that capability.
