  • QuestionHow do you lock in the paper tray for 81/2 by 11 papers

    • Answer There is no way to lock in the paper tray for 8.5x11 paper. it only locks for A4 and 8.5 x 14". This is a crazy flaw and possibly means these trays were intended for Europe and not US use; maybe this is why they were on sale but it would be nice to tell people. I taped in a width of soft foam at the end of the tray to block it at the right distance.
