• A:Answer i recommend to plug in the charger whenever you're gaming. Even if you're already charged, always have it plugged in. The performance drops when the charger is not plugged in.

• A:Answer It looks like Best Buy doesn't carry the official HP charger. However, a universal charger comes with several tip sizes to fit things like laptops, and one of the tips will fit the charging port on the left side of the computer.

Q: QuestionIf I'm not mistaken, the 2.5" SSD slot is unoccupied and the M.2 slot is used for SSD memory. So why do the specs on the HP website say that the only expansion slot is the SD slot? Can I not add a second drive to the unoccupied slot?

Q: QuestionI recently put 16GB of RAM with speeds of 3200mhz in the laptop. It still decides to run the RAM sticks at 2933mhz though. Is there anyway I can make my RAM full at its correct and full speed? The BIOS doesn't show me an option to fix the RAM speed.
