- Answer Hello and thank you for your question. The HP Smart Tank 5000 does not have a duplex in it. You would have to manually flip the page over to print on both sides.

- Answer HP Smart Tank printers are not eligible for HP Instant Ink. The HP Smart Tank 5000 takes the HP 32XL Black bottle of ink, and the HP 31 color bottles (1 each for yellow, magenta and cyan) of ink. Thank you for your question.

- Answer Thank you for the question. Yes, the Smart Tank 5000 will accept special papers, from 3.5 x 5" to 8.5 x 14". Media weights supported by the paper path include Plain paper: 16 to 24 lb; Envelopes: 20 to 24 lb; Cards: up to 110 lb; Photo paper: up to 80 lb.

- Answer Thank you for the question. Yes, you can connect the Smart Tank 5000 to the Chrome OS. HP printers are not designed for use with sublimation inks.

- Answer Apologies, we do not fully understand your question. The HP Smart Tank and Epson Eco Tank are two different brands - different manufacturers. Both are "tank" printers. The HP Smart Tank printers have user-replaceable printheads, making maintenance simple and cost-effective.
