A:AnswerYes, you can connect the HP - Smart Tank Plus 651 printer to your computer using the USB A to B cable. If you do not have the USB A to B cable, then you need to purchase one.
A:AnswerTheoretically - but it took my son with 2 computer degrees to get it to work with my computer, period. Six months later when I wanted to scan a document it shut me out for 3 days. I read every YouTube video, HP Help doc, called friends. I had NO printer for 3 days. We had to turn the router off and back on (located 2 floor down) to enable scanning. This is NOT an intuitive set-up. Not if your are in MY generation.
