- Answer You cannot put a heatsink on the SSD. I'd use one of those laptop coolers.

- Answer No, I didn’t open the Laptop myself. But if you look on YouTube for Ram-Upgrade tutorials, you can see no second NVME slot on the motherboard of the laptop. You‘ll have to replace the SSD it comes with if you want to upgrade the storage, or get an external drive.

QuestionI noticed when I game that if I push the left+up arrow keys, the space bar doesn't register, same with down+right. I tested this outside of game (in chrome,discord) and it doesn't work either. combination of left+up+space or right+down+space.

- Answer I have this computer and I have been able to use onshape and NX. I haven't used fusion or inventor, but I believe they should still work.

- Answer It is a pin style plug and it sticks out from the side of the laptop about 1 inch. The pin tip is blue (I believe there are red and blue in terms of size).
