QuestionDoes this product come with any installed software?

- Answer Yes, the usual Windows 10 stuff, plus some games and Office (bring your own Office license), camera software, Groove music, Minecraft, and Plex. Anything you don't want can be uninstalled - it's a regular Windows 10 install, so the applications aren't burned into firmware or anything like that.

QuestionWe are used to adroid devices and using the Google Play store for our apps and games. What store would we get our apps from with this tablet? Also how does it compare to Google Play with the variety of app's to choose from?

- Answer With a windows 10 tablet, apps come from the Microsoft Store. There is link to the store on the Start Screen of windows 10 devices unless someone removed it. In my opinion, the android Google Play store is better than the Microsoft Store. I would suggest going to the Microsoft Store using a windows 10 device and check out what is available. It might have everything you want.

QuestionDoesn't register the keyboard at all, and if I use it in tablet mode it won't pull up a keyboard that way either. I've tried all the different settings to no avail, is there anything else I should try before bringing it in to be looked at?

- Answer Depends on what you are doing on it. It's ok for office and internet. Skype works fairly well on it all though the cameras aren't the best. You won't be able to open to many apps at once or play very many games.

QuestionHow long does it take to charge from an empty battery to a full charge?

- Answer Model: NS-P10W8100 Okay, I discharged to verify the charge time. When powered OFF, mine takes 2 to 2.5 hours to fully charge. I cannot be more precise because the charge light doesn't seem to change from red to green when done. I have to guess and power on to verify. When powered ON with no power saving options but very little use, it took 3.5 hours to charge to 99% from 2%. It shuts off at 2% and never got to 100% even though plugged in. Hope that helps better than my last answer.

- Answer I have no idea about music behind them - that's not my thing but since we are talking Windows 10 I can't imagine you can't find a way to make it so. I use the pad primarily to show images - I sell fine art paintings and photography - and it is a dream come true for that. I prepare images that are high resolution - save them so each is about 1 MB in size with whatever dimensions I desire and then group them in a folder and can swipe through them easily. You can also keep open multiple folders so if you want to go from one product - as in my case - to another you can easily just touch the folder at the bottom and bring it up.

- Answer It is not a Chromebook, it's a regular Windows computer, writ small. That's said, if the particular sensors you're using are compatible with Windows (or you're using a Lab Quest 2 with compatible sensors), you should be fine.
