- Answer The heating stage duration is 30min. If the unit doesn't reach the temperature, the heating will continue for 1h. This will cause the phenomenon of excessively long total time.

QuestionI noticed a small amount of water (maybe about an inch) remains under the filter every time after use. I noticed it after the first 3 times of wash and the water already caused the filter (white mesh part) to mold. Is this normal?

- Answer It’s normal and necessary for dishwashers to have water under the filter area. It shouldn’t be like a puddle in the basin area. You should remove and rinse the filter regularly. If it gets kind of filmy in between rinses that’s normal.

QuestionI bought dishwasher week ago and I have tried using all the cycles and even less dish soap but still when the cycle end soap is still in the dishes and dishwasher. Is the dishwasher defective ?

- Answer You are either leaving a soap residue on the dishes as you load them or using the incorrect dishwasher soap. I had this problem years ago and found out I was leaving residue from the Dawn detergent in my sink pre-wash. I started rinsing them well , and I use Cascade dishwasher powder and I have no problems.

Meaning: Either the water flow is insufficient, or the water pressure from the incoming line is high. 2. Possible Cause: (1) Faucet is not opened (2) Water pressure is too low. (3) The drain hose is plugged. (4) Other (part failure of inlet or drain system). 3. Possible Solution: (1) Make sure that the water is turned on to the dishwasher. QuestionDoesn't that install kit include a new power cord ? It seems to me that they are always recommended.

- Answer Well, since I asked the question I guess I will give another answer. After buying the kit anyway, I found that it does include a power cord. It is a right angle 115 vAC plug with tinned connecting ends that are not color coded, but if you flatten out the cable and follow it back to the plug it is easy to figure which connector is black and which is white. I ended up not using it but depending on individual installation issues it might have been quite handy.

QuestionHow can I remove and clean the upper spray arm properly? I have cleaned the middle and the lower spray arms but my utensils are still greasy after two cycles. There might be something wrong with the upper spray arm but I could not remove it to check.
