QuestionI have had my unit for awhile now and it has started to smell really bad when it is on and blowing air. Any suggestions? I have cleaned the filters and drained the water although the water full alert has never come on.

QuestionI purchased 2 of these units recently. I’ve been running both of them on the same cooling setting. One unit flashes P1 several times per day and requires water to be drained. The other unit doesn’t have a drop inside. Is the first unit defective?
