QuestionThe unit works as a fan but is not blowing cool air. The hose is not obstructed, the window is sealed, and the filter is clean. Is there anything else to try other than calling someone to replace the refrigerant?

QuestionMy remote seems to not be working with the unit. Batteries are new and everytime I turn on the power from the remote every symbol comes up but the AC doesn't turn on. Any help?

- Answer Turn the AC unit on, then turn the remote on. This will pair them. Once paired the remote will work anytime you need it to.

Questionthe bolts used in the window slide stick out too much, this causes a ~0.25 inch gap between the window and the slide where air will leak out/in has anyone experienced this issue / fixed it? any help is appreciated, thanks!

- Answer Cardboard and duct tape my friend. You could even keep it simple and layer up the duct tape over the seam and make sure it’s sealed on the edges properly.

- Answer You have it on a timer and the temperature is set too high, you want to have it on a low temp, 67 degrees Fahrenheit was always a comfortable temperature to stay at.

- Answer If it is actually straight up, I would think it needs to be returned. If not all the way up, did you try the 'swing' button? It my be locked in the up position from a random hit on the swing button. Even if you turn it off and back on it will still be locked until you unlock it.
