QuestionThe pipe inside the dryer is disconnected from the pipe that connects to the dryer vent as the first connection outside the dryer. The can be seen in the dryer where the connection has dropped down and the two pipes are not connected. How can I fix it?

- Answer To be perfectly honest there is no light on mine when you open the dryer door so very hard to see inside without a flashlight. You should of gotten a book on your dryer perhaps your answer might be in there under specifications.

- Answer I had the same problem as this had Best Buy exchange it and the second dryer did the same thing. Also had a electrician come check electrical and it is the dryer. Waiting for them to pick up the second non working one now.

- Answer My dryer stopped working 11 days after the warranty went out. Good luck. Appliance place said they see a lot of these go belly up within a couple years. Hopefully the repair guy can figure out a cheap fix. A year lifespan for a major appliance is pretty sad.

- Answer When clothes are nearly dry, they fail to complete this circuit and the timer begins to run until the end of the cycle. QuestionJust bought this dryer and an insignia washer. When we run the dryer we see a small puddle of water under the left front corner of the dryer. The washer area and all water lines are dry. The dryer is vented to the outside. Causes?

- Answer Hi there! this can happen due to the exhaust system being blocked or clogged. Then not insulating the dryer properly can also cause the issue. - Answer Hi there! Remove lint from the duct by hand and then vacuum the inside of the duct. Use hose extensions, if available, to vacuum out as much of the duct as you can.
