- Answer I just tried it. It wasn't adequate since it only uses the top two holes AND the Samsung 40" TV has a curved back. The supplied bolts are too short.

QuestionHow long is the wall bracket, my wall studs are 24 in on center?

- Answer I think it's 24 inches long. I used 3/8 inch anchors and 2-inch screws and secured my mount to the drywall. It was more than sufficient for my 43-inch LG television, which weighs about 16 pounds.

- Answer Actually, they do. There is a standard for mounting holes on the back of newer TVs. However, this particular mount only uses the top two holes on your TV on which you mount (basically) "hooks". The wall part is a "rack", and you can hang the TV anywhere you want on the rack. Your only (possible) problem is if the bolts supplied with the mount don't fit the holes on the back of your TV -or- if they're too short. (They were for my Samsung 40".)

- Answer No - the wall mount comes with a lot of different screw backs, but none that fit my 32" TV. I upgraded to a 40" TV to make it work.

- Answer I found the instructions very easy to follow. It does help to have an extra pair of hands depending on how large your TV is. I had help for my 50 inch and I'm not sure I would have been able to mount it solo.

QuestionI have a mount that attaches with just one arm and lowers to eye level. The attachment point doesn't align with the correct stud to center. Would this work as extra support and allow me to attach the other mount in a space without a stud?

- Answer I did not put this into studs. The bracket is supporting a 70" TCL Smart TV with no issues.

QuestionHow do I take the TV off the mount? I just want to change the cable connection from SD to HD but cannot get the TV off of the mount. It seems locked.

- Answer I hope you have figured this out, but there are the two little cords that hand off of the mounting clips on the back. You should have adjusted their lenght to be just hidden. By the tv set. Look back there, pull them both down, it can then be lifted off.
