QuestionI bought this and am only able to get one monitor to connect. If I unplug one monitor then the other turns on, but the second I plug back in the first one then the second turns off. What is going on?

- Answer I had this problem on my Macbook Pro M3 Pro which supports 2 monitors. I had to unplug one monitor at a time and adjust the refresh rate down to 60 Hz, which then allowed it to display. However the 2 external monitors are only mirroring each other. It doesn't seem to support extending both.

QuestionDoes this allow extended display to 3 screens total (Display 1 laptop left, display 2 middle screen, display 3 right screen), or only extended to one screen with the other either duplicating the laptop screen or the other HDMI screen)?

- Answer With Windows 11 Home it works on my two laptops (a Dell and a MSI) to support Extended Desktop to two additional monitors in addition to the display screen in the laptop for a total of 3 screens able to display three different apps and other computer information. Once plugged in the user has to select "Extend Desktop" and click Apply in the Windows Settings/ Display section. Windows remembers the setting for the next time the computer is powered on. No experience with Apple MacBooks here; sorry
