A:Answer I can only see part of your question, however I'm assuming your asking why I can't get the full speed? There are several factors. 1) the type of service from you internet provider, is it cable or DSL. Cable, by far is the faster of the two, but you are sharing the node with more than one person. For instance, I have 150 mbit internet. I only average 128 on my wired devices and about 100 on my wireless. 2) There is overhead that is part of the Ethernet and wireless protocols for things like address, messages etc. 3) interference from other devices in your home, such as microwave ovens, wireless phone, or walls. There are more things that could complicate matters, but those are probably the top ones.
