A:AnswerIn support chat with j5 create, they said jcd373 is a plug-and-play device but it does not work with iOS. and they tried to sell me another product.
Their answers were deceptive and incorrect regarding this device and its ability to function with Apple iOS.
The jcd373 has exactly the right ports and it worked perfectly when I bought it but stopped working after recent iOS updates.
It seems very likely that Apple has blocked this device to further monopolize the market.
