QuestionI have an HP laptop, I bought the JCD543 j5create docking station from best buy. I am using the two HDMI's in the back to two monitors. The HDMI port closest to the VGA works attached to either monitor, but the other HDMI never works simult. Why is this?

- Answer In your settings make sure you have all three monitors showing. You can select which monitor is #2 and which is #3. I had trouble at first too, but I switched the HDMI and then changed which monitor was #2 and which was #3. It has been working ever since.

- Answer Yes, the USB-C Triple Display Docking Station will require an installation of a driver for the VGA and stand alone HDMI port to function. The HDMI or DP port that are linked together are PnP. Drivers are located on j5create website under the "Support" tab. Available display combinations: HDMI + VGA + DisplayPort or HDMI + VGA + HDMI. As a note, the HDMI or DP port cannot be used at the same time, it's one or the other.

- Answer The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station works once it's connected to a computer to power on. The USB-C power-in port on the Dock allows additional power to the USB ports If you are using a high-powered USB device and provide pass-through charge. However, computers must support USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0 for pass-through and DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out, as well as a driver for proper functionality on VGA, Mic and stand alone HDMI port. You may use a 65W or higher power-brick to the Dock. The JUP2290 or JUP34108 power adapters will also work towards the Dock as well. Thank you.

QuestionI have the JCD543 and both HDMI ports detect a monitor However monitor 3 will not show any display at all. driver & firmware updated. monitor is OK, when I switch cable positions the opposite monitor shows up as Monitor 2. any suggestions? Thanks

- Answer I am having issues with getting 3 screens using the vga port. It states that there is no signal even though its connected. I have it as hdmi hdmi vga. I can only display on 2 screens. However when I open the laptop I get 3 screens but only with the laptop and the two hdmi's.

- Answer I have the same problem. Why would j5create make the cord so short AND non-detachable as well as non-extendable? It does not fit comfortably alongside a laptop in a small setting. And only works when plugged in directly.
