A:AnswerI had the same issue, when I bought my soundbar. I ended up taking it back to Best Buy. They sent it out to their repair facility and they discoverd that it needed a new motherboard. Although I should say...out of the box, the subwoofer had sound, not the soundbar. Does your subwoofer make sound?
A:Answer1. Try restarting both your devices.
2. After restarting, go to settings and TURN OFF bluetooth then TURN ON. .
3. Search for the JBL speakers
4. Connect
5. Get soda and popcorn
6. Sit back and Enjoy the sound!!
