QuestionWill these work with a TV that has a Bluetooth Universal Audio Receiver & Transmitter. The Earbuds I have now cut out and will not stay in sync after they are turned off.

- Answer Technically, they can be connected to a TV that has Bluetooth Universal Receiver and Transmitter. However, the sound quality and continuity of connection leave much to be desired. There are other over the ear headphones that do a better job of connecting to Bluetooth enabled televisions. The JBL Free Gen 2 are less than ideal for connecting with a television.

QuestionThe left side of the earpiece has no sound although it lights upand reacts accordingly when I press it. What is the problem? (It's like it is muted and no sound come out of it) P. S. The right side is working fine and it is not because of Bluetooth

- Answer Possibly if you purchase their advanced coverage plan. But in all honestly if this is concern for you then any true wireless earbud is not for you... or at least get the kind that have the hook that goes over your ear.
